You can experience or relive the "Chemistry & Terroir" 2019 meeting that took place in Carhaix at the end of May in the very good material conditions of the Glenmor Hall and a very good atmosphere as usual.  The quality of the stands and workshops presented was particularly remarkable and attracted the curiosity of young and old alike.

School attendance was very good with nearly 1100 students present. The Carhaix schools have mobilized massively. Families with young children were very present on Saturday afternoon.

We would like to thank the municipality of Carhaix and all our partners, especially the Coreff brewery, for their warm welcome during the three days of the meetings.

On the occasion of this C&T edition, Chemistry and Society took part to the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Mendeleïev periodic table. Hélène Vitorge (actress, author, Cie Miettes de Margoula) wrote a joyful and offbeat text on the elements of the periodic table, interpreted by Chemistry and Society correspondents during the inauguration.
