As part of its missions on communication in chemistry, namely

CONDUCT A REFLECTION ON THE MODES OF COMMUNICATION IN CHEMISTRY
Chemistry and Society organized two events available as podcasts
- in partnership with the Palais de la découverte in January, three round tables on the themes of food and additives, cosmetics and perfumes and drug formulation
- as part of the IUPAC 2019 congress, a Chemistry and Society symposium including three sessions: Chemistry and Society - Current knowledge, scientific outreach vs teaching, perception and communication in chemistry, and Chemistry and Society - Intensifying the dialogue

The city of Guéret (23) will host the 12th edition of Chimie & Terroir.
Meet and share with chemists around experiences and workshops for all ages.
They will be at Espace Lejeune from May 14 to 16, 2020.
Chimie & Terroir is organised by Récréasciences - CCSTI Limousin, Chemistry and Society correspondent for Nouvelle-Aquitaine Limousin.
The activities will be open to classes on May 14th and 15th, and to the general public on May 16th.
